The 10-year markers I've found so far to be the most interesting ones. Possibly it's because of MMORPGs, where level 20 and 40 are the significant ones. And 30, to some extent. When I turned 40, I was so excited because it was the YEAR OF RECKONING, and I'd felt I'd learned something finally. Happy 30, dude! But so far this has been such a crappy year, I'm looking forward to the next and will try to embrace it as best as I can. I still remember turning 16, 18, 21... 25... I can't believe how quickly the years go by. That's when you realize you're old and that life is way too short :( Happy birthday!
