Everyone — and I mean everyone — between the ages of 25 and 30 used to watch The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air
The token Asian guy has a fraternal connection with the other token Asian guy in every clique
Fire has the ability to bring out people’s primal natures, and make them throw their hands in the air and wave them like they just don’t care (or some reasonable facsimile thereof)
Some people think they’re never too old to get hooched up for a Saturday night
A good DJ can make you feel like you never left high-school
Even at 27, I still look like I’m 18, according to the bouncer who carded me

Dude, I’m 30 and got carded at The Beer Store this weekend. Hah!

Also, when are you planning on updating to WP 2.5? I like the new dashboard, but my OpenID plugin stopped working which sucks.

I love the way bars and clubs are completely devoid of fear with regard to fire. I once was nearly asphyxiated by an act that used metal grinders to throw out spark-showers. They not only nearly burned the place down, they nearly cleared out the crowd with fumes….

But that is a REALLY COOL shot. : )

May you be carded until you’re past your 40s. Like me. : )

@trolley — I’m sure that in many years, we’ll hope to get carded, so we should appreciate it now.

I just updated to Wordpress 2.5 yesterday. It’s totally sweet; a way better workflow than before. None of my plugins stopped working, only a few features that I never used anyway. Strange that an OpenID plugin would be incompatible.

@Xibee — To be honest, I don’t go to bars and clubs much, so I’ll have to take your word on the whole fire thing. This means I must go out more to take photos though.

oh, 2.5 worked. Someone else said all plugins went kaput and the photo aspect didn’t work at all. Must depend on the software on the server?

Still getting carded? I’m not sure whether to be content to be past that or jealous.

@J. — It’s an interesting atmosphere. Not quite like other bars I’ve been too. Worth checking out.

@Pearl — I think it depends more on what plugins you use. Some of them are based on core Wordpress code, that may change with each release.

What valley raising are you referring to?
