Dolly's totally fine. I don't think she even noticed; she just kept walking by without even stopping.

It probably would have put itself out even if I didn't blow on it. It did smell funny though.

My favorite was the Funniest Home Videos clip where a couple had left their video cam on and they were just on the couch watching telly with a shelf/table thing behind their couch with lit candles on it.

Their cat hops up on the candled table/shelf thing behind them, threads through to sit down on the couch behind their necks in his favorite spot. Sits down, flaps tail. Big fluffy tail passes by candle, flares into CAT ON FIRE.

Cat merely flicks tail three times, whap whap whap against the couch, flames are all out.

Video rolled on, with cat still sitting behind them on the couch. They're completely oblivious that they almost toasted their cat -- and possibly the apartment. Cat was all, "Whatever." But then cats are always pretty much "whatever."

Nice shot of Dolly's nubs. Glad she's good.

Aww!! Poor Dolly! I remember one of my parents' cats lighting their tail on fire in a candle once, but it just flicked it and the flame went out and it went on it's way. Is Dolly OK? Did it scare her?
