Porch would be mine too if it wasn’t for the bugs. You get stars out there? There’s too much light pollution here. It’s interesting that you mention the “centre”; in Tai Chi, your centre (Dantian, or Gate of Life) is the most important point in the body.

And you do owe me dinner. You’re gonna have to come to Ottawa to treat me.

jeff i hear ya ur back door is ur spot mine is and allways has been the back porch (at any of my homes) i go out alone and look up into the stars breathing the night air as the cool wind flows allround me the night sky is my heaven if im sad and depressed that allways gets me back to center clears my head enjoy it man thats ur spot ur center

and dude blog what u feel is importent dont schedual it just let it flow when u ur ready 2 week blank wont kill us

I never try to say something worth reading, only something worth writing. I find myself having a hard time keeping it down to only three days right now. Worth reading though, that’s a different story.
