Geez!. When I take a fall on my mountain bike I get a miniature version of that, and it usually hurts pretty bad. I never knew it had theraputic value though.

Thanks guys. It wasn’t very painful afterwards, it’s only supposed to hurt when it’s being done. It looks a lot worse than it is, trust me. It would only be tender if it was a bad sickness - I could lie down, get massaged, everything without even knowing that my back was like that.
