		<description>Red Reishi is probably the best kind.  The chinese word for it is lingzhi.   I do take the lingzhi diet detox tea; mild tasting and works like a champ.

The drink actually isn't so bad as long as you can keep in mind that it won't taste good in the first place.  That way there aren't any surprises.  I also find that imagining that I'm drinking dead wood instead of mushrooms (which isn't hard cause it tastes more like the former than the latter), makes things easier.</description>

That's the scariest drink i've seen, in my opinion of course. I think i would have to be on fear factor  for that.
