It doesn't have to be just physical looks, it can be anything that shows that they're willing to do something for the relationship (but since I just meet these women and don't get to know them very much, it's the only thing I go on). It works the other way as well. I have a great respect for men who are in good shape in their 40s, who have worked hard to not have the sagging belly that comes out of nowhere. I like to think that they're doing it to for their wives, because it's something that I'd like to do as well if I ever get married. I know that none of this may be true, that some people from both sexes may have their shapes without exercising. I'd just like to think that these women are doing out of love, not because they're selfish, not because their husbands force them to, and definitely not because it's what a woman "should" do. If I'm still viewed as chauvinistic, then there's not much I can do about that. I wasn't talking about actual movie stars, I was using them as an example of the general age of the women I'm meeting, but I agree with the point. I know, I actually have no clue what these women do it for.
